The Communiqué Awards recognise, reward and commend excellence and best practice in healthcare communications today, in the spirit of transparency, openness and trust.
Entries for the Communiqué Awards may be submitted for any UK, European or international activity or programme.
Entries may be submitted by any of the following:
See the How to Enter page or download the Entry Kit.
See the “Judges Tips” and the “Entry Checklist” for some guidelines.
Closing date for entry is Wednesday 20 March 2013*
*A seven-day extension will be permitted to Wednesday 27 March for the additional charge of £100 + VAT per entry
You have total control of the information that may be disclosed. Only content within the executive summary (max 200 words) may be published when reporting the award-winning entries. If, in exceptional cases, you prefer to disclose only the title of your entry, please make that clear on the entry form together with the details of any visuals that are not suitable for publication. Should this be the case, we will limit coverage relating to your entry.
Each judge is required to sign a legally-binding confidentiality agreement before appointment.
PMGroup undertakes to adhere to the same confidentiality agreement.
A maximum of six judges, with specific responsibility for the category entered, will see entries submitted in the Healthcare Communications awards.
A team of independent professionals review the entries in all other categories.
Judges review anonymous entries for all categories except Individual, Team and Company awards – details of the entrant will not be disclosed. For this reason, please only record details of the product and client in the entry itself and use the entry form to record all necessary entrant information. Any entries that include entrant information in the submission will be disqualified.
Please indicate on the entry form if you require your entry and supporting materials to be returned to you, or destroyed by PMGroup after the awards presentation.
The Communiqué Awards culminate in a gala black-tie dinner and awards evening on Thursday 4 July 2013 at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London's Park Lane. Guests from a wide range of disciplines attend each year to recognise best practice and it has become a true highlight in the industry's calendar.
