Judging criteria

Below is where the judges will be focusing their scores. Write your entries accordingly.

Business strategy (15)

  • Evidence of clear business strategy and of positioning the agency/consultancy within the marketplace
  • Evidence that the agency/consultancy has delivered against its business strategy
  • Evidence that the agency/consultancy has operated in accordance with its vision and values.

Operational (or internal) expertise and success (15)

  • Financial performance
  • People management and development strategy and record in attracting and retaining staff
  • Results achieved with resources available.

Client satisfaction and success (20)

  • Evidence of successful work or programmes undertaken on behalf of clients during 2017
  • Quality of third-party client and stakeholder feedback
  • Client, account and brand retention and satisfaction
  • Evidence that work has contributed to enhancing the reputation of the agency/consultancy’s clients and/or the broader industry.

This category is open to any healthcare agency, consultancy, network or group working in global, European or UK healthcare environment that provides a support service to its pharmaceutical company client(s). Emphasis should be placed on the agency’s achievements within the period covered by this year’s awards (January 2017 – June 2018). Entries should be accompanied by authorised references from at least one (maximum three) client(s) and key stakeholder(s). All references must be supported by full contact details and should be submitted via email alongside your entry submission.

Entries must include a high resolution company logo (via email).

You must have submitted at least one other entry into these Awards. This/these entries need to be clearly referenced in your submission and included in your box of supporting materials.

The judges will be basing their decision solely on your written entry and supporting materials.
