Since taking the helm as Managing Director of 90TEN Communications, Peter has delivered double-digit growth every year, creating a mid-sized agency with a diversified client base that represents half of the top 20 pharma companies globally.

Throughout his career, Peter has worked to create a people-centred culture that respects and draws on the expertise and passions that each individual brings, creating an environment where everyone can be their best. He believes that if leaders create the conditions that allow every team member to thrive, then business success will follow. His philosophy of achieving meaningful outcomes that make people’s lives better has drawn the best and the brightest minds to 90TEN and he has prioritised mentoring his team, encouraging them to unleash their own creativity and do the best work of their careers.

At heart, Peter is a disruptor and an agent for change, and this has driven him to encourage clients out of their comfort zone throughout his career, bringing everyone along with his ideas in order to achieve meaningful outcomes for patients. In 2019, his mission to boost creativity in healthcare communications resulted in the Cannes or Canned? initiative to inspire pharma leaders to champion innovation and stimulate braver and bolder communications.

Responsible for the Brand, Advertising and Promotion (BAP) Business Unit within the agency, I have worked across the agency’s life cycle from independent to Network-owned. I have been instrumental in revenue growth and expanding the agency from a 25-person team to over 130 across our agency disciplines.

My passion for our business has resulted in a team with:
