Summary of work

Having company values painted on the office wall is all well and good but sticking to them during times of change is another matter. We’re so proud that throughout an incredibly challenging year we stuck to our values and continued to put our people first.
This unerring focus on our team’s wellbeing provided them with the foundation to deliver consistently brilliant and novel work for our clients, surpassing expectations, leading to a great financial performance and increasing our headcount.
Based on this success, we are looking forward to a bright future, as we transition to becoming an employee-owned company in March 2021.

To date, the program has successfully generated and leveraged data through newly established channels and partnerships with engaged stakeholders. The program has already successfully influenced clinical practice and policy at global, country and clinic levels via novel insights and targeted, patient-focused solutions. Adherence is gaining the attention it has long needed, and real-world outcomes will improve as a result.

It is very clear that Synergy Vision is a strong, values-based company with an excellent culture that concentrates on its people and its clients. They impressed us with their differentiated approach to the presentation. They had a successful year during COVID and successfully pivoted their strategy gaining new clients as well as retaining existing ones and they clearly have clients who value the service they provide.
