infill Kommunikation GmbH is a successful, forward-thinking and innovative, healthcare communication agency, specialising in medical education and digital communication, with significant growth especially in the last 2 years. Established in 1987, infill’s headquarters are in Königswinter, Germany. 2012 was an extremely successful year for infill, with the opening of two new branch offices in Frankfurt, Germany and Basel, Switzerland; the acquisition of several new clients; and success in winning pitches for some top pharmaceutical products. This all resulted in a significant increase in financial turnover, and the ability to expand the team. infill’s long-standing clientele and low employee turnover rate is testament to the high quality of work and corporate atmosphere. Through ongoing training and anticipation of staff and client needs, infill ensures staying on the cutting edge of a rapidly changing modern society using the expertise gleaned from years of experience in healthcare communication and digital media. The climax of 2012 for infill was being awarded two prizes – the PMEA for Excellence in Digital Media, for the digital strategy for Boehringer Ingelheim’s oncology franchise; and the German prize for online communication ’Deutscher Preis für Onlinekommunikation’, for The White Room, a resource centre for medical journalists.

infill Kommunikation is producing great products for its clients, specialising in medical education and digital communications and just can’t be faulted for their client retention and brand satisfaction. 

With regard to its staff, we really liked the support for apprentice programmes and levels of staff retention when they have completed training. The opportunities for staff development in general are also significant with infill subsidising MBA studies and language training.
