We had a new strategy, and a new structure. We had new leadership including a new president. We had a new identity, a new story. And a new global internal engagement team charged with bringing our Winning Formula to life for our people, more than 15,000 strong in 100 markets around the world. Through strategic and targeted communications and engagement, our focus on ‘doing a few big things brilliantly’ and being world-class, we inspired and aligned our people around our Winning Formula and began to truly embed it across our business.

The team has a huge amount of enthusiasm, they work so well together, and we just loved the way they are using a physical environment to generate actual cultural change.
