Sally is a highly talented individual who has shown exceptional aptitude as a medical writer, strategic thinker and active contributor to the enhancement of QMC's working practices. Within only six months of joining QMC, Sally achieved promotion and after her first year, was voted Employee of the Year by her colleagues. Sally consistently finds creative solutions and reasons for doing things better rather than excuses for cutting corners even when time is tight and workloads high. Never afraid of sharing her skills, Sally is the ultimate team player and is always the first to volunteer to help others, seeing a collective team problem as her own personal challenge. As a direct result of her efforts, the efficiency and quality of QMC’s digital outputs have attained a new level of success and Sally has quickly become known as the digital guru within the writing team. In client-facing situations Sally shows poise, professionalism and maturity, building customer confidence, and reinforcing our status as partners in a shared endeavour. These significant achievements have enhanced the overall reputation of the company and established our clients as leaders and innovators in health education.
