Wordbird is the healthcare communications agency with compelling copy at its heart.

No matter what channel we communicate through, words are our main tool. Wordbird was set up to provide clear communications that everyone can understand. We do this by putting ourselves in our audiences’ shoes. Always.

2014 was just our second year. It was a year when we stopped peeping over the parapet and got noticed as we transformed from start-up to agency.

We had the enormous privilege of working on some awe-inspiring projects. ‘Glaucoma in perspective’ to change the way patients understand their condition; supporting HRA Pharma’s switch to give 120 million EU women pharmacy access to the most effective morning-after pill. And Wordbird is proud to have played a part in the foundation communications for Genomics England, a project to map 100,000 human genomes and transform healthcare forever.

Central to our success is our energetic and well-trained team. Wordbird is founded on a training ethos. Our comprehensive copywriter training curriculum meets a significant unmet need within our industry. It will provide an enduring legacy of trained copywriters for the future.
