Summary of work

Imagine, Create, Deliver – that’s our promise to all clients looking for insight-driven, creative medical communications – and in 2019 we delivered on all fronts. Our mission is clear – we develop impactful programmes that improve patients’ lives. Our goal – to build a group of thought-leading agencies, each with a different focus, each serving a client need and each enhancing patient outcomes significantly.

In 2019, we began this exciting journey. From one agency we created two, each complementary, each insightful and creative. We leveraged the best of our heritage, responding to market demand for more insights, more patient voice, and more emotional, creative, impactful means of disseminating medical science.

Within these two agencies we designed and delivered innovation that looked at new ways of delivering data, generated evidence to support the patient voice, and took patient support to the next level with a behavioural change programme that has been heralded by patient organisations across Europe and the US as groundbreaking.

All this with no outside investment, a brave approach and close partnerships with our clients. One of our values is Bravely Bedrock – and in 2019 our staff delivered on this and our awesome clients came on the journey with us.
