Lotty Davies

inVentiv Health

Summary of work

Lotty joined inVentiv Medical Communications in September 2012, initially working primarily on accounts in oncology and haematology. Her role has since developed to account leadership across projects in Medical Communications and other functions within the inVentiv network. Lotty has also been instrumental in expanding the inVentiv Medical Communications offering in CNS communications through the ‘CNS Centre of Excellence’, involving a core group of experts in CNS and Psychiatry within the inVentiv Medical Communications London team, who together define the guiding principles for our approach to client work in CNS.

This activity has led to an increase in the inVentiv CNS client base and these accounts now form a significant portion of the Medical Communications team revenue. In the last year, Lotty has led a team in the delivery of a Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plan for a prelaunch CNS product, navigating client relationships across a company Alliance and cross-functional teams. The account has expanded to involve projects with Public Affairs, Brand and Digital teams linked to the product following the outstanding work produced last year.

Lotty’s next steps include a partial secondment to work for the aforementioned client in-house upon their request and after coming highly recommended by multiple existing client contacts, in a Publications Management role to further broaden her experience within Medical Communications and CNS.

Judges’ comments

Lotty proved herself to be a focused individual with an innovative and collaborative approach to business. We particularly liked her work setting up the pioneering CNS hub for the agency and her contribution to Inventiv’s revenue growth. Her in-house experience was also an added dimension. A very able contender.
