Incisive Health

Summary of work

2020 was an unprecedented year. With the all-consuming impacts of COVID-19 disrupting patients, health systems and our clients, delivering policy wins had never been more important or more challenging.
Incisive Health rose to the occasion; rapidly re-engineering the way we worked, and the way we delivered for our clients, to implement outstanding policy campaigns leading to real tangible changes to the benefit of patients and health systems. Supporting colleagues’ wellbeing through the challenges of COVID-19 was crucial, and we are incredibly proud of the culture of support that only strengthened throughout the year.
The results over 2020 speak for themselves with rapid growth, happy clients, and a growing team. In the face of Brexit challenges, we doubled the size of our Brussels and International practices and continued to grow our core UK business.
Above all, 2020 was about helping clients solve the issues that really matter to patients, demonstrating not only the importance of policy to life sciences, but the importance of life sciences to the nation. We have never been prouder to see the force for good that health policy communications can be.

To date, the program has successfully generated and leveraged data through newly established channels and partnerships with engaged stakeholders. The program has already successfully influenced clinical practice and policy at global, country and clinic levels via novel insights and targeted, patient-focused solutions. Adherence is gaining the attention it has long needed, and real-world outcomes will improve as a result.
