With the NHS in financial crisis and the Brexit vote disrupting clients’ business and the external communications environment, policy was never more important than in 2016 - but achieving policy wins was never more challenging. Incisive Health rose to this challenge, using the full range of communications techniques to cut through the noise, delivering impactful campaigns that delivered big wins for clients and tangible change for patients.
The team successfully launched an international practice and secured a host of high profile new clients. The result was satisfied and supportive clients, stellar growth and a vibrant external profile. The team members are respected as expert commentators in their own right, proving the value that communicators can add to the public discourse on health. The consultancy has proven that communications can make a difference in the most challenging of environments - there can be no bigger testament to the value and impact of health communications.
Incisive also impressed in this broader, more competitive category despite a relatively short history. They built on a fast start to the year, maintaining momentum to deliver results that really mattered for clients, including at least three big policy changes, whilst successfully helping clients navigate the unknown post-Brexit regulatory environment.
