Summary of work

While most of the world wanted to strike 2016 from the records, Pegasus celebrated it as a truly landmark year for the company. In May, we found ourselves ‘under new management’ thanks to our successful sale to Ashfield Healthcare Communications (AHC), part of UDG plc, with a new MD at the helm. We picked up five out of five ‘Consultancy of the Year’ award titles.

We saw our revenue, client base and headcount continue to grow. We cemented our integrated offer, picked up 13 exciting new clients and finished the year as one of PRWeek’s ‘Ones to Watch’ for 2017. And our secret? Integration, integration, integration. We integrated successfully into the Ashfield group. We successfully refined our own brand of integrated communications. And we integrated our new starters and long-timers together to create a dynamic, successful and supportive culture.

Judges' comments

Pegasus carried on their winning momentum into 2016, delivering solid achievement and sustained growth in a year of transition, which must have been very challenging. They continue to invest in their people with strong, outcomes driving their client work, which is a testament to their clear proposition and values.
