Summary of work

Never has Hanover’s strapline of ’uncertain times call for uncommon sense’ been more appropriate than 2022. While no-one could have predicted precisely what unfolded, we knew in January that 2022 would be a year of change: change in the political and health system, the beginnings of a squeeze of the pharma budgets that we count on for growth, and increasing competition for work and talent. Hanover’s London healthcare policy team started the year with the strongest team we have ever had, an objective to return to double-digit growth and business and people plans to match: deepening our market access and oncology revenues, diversifying our sources of income away from pharma, staying relevant, and prioritising our team culture and work/life balance to keep hold of our amazing team. 2022 was a real journey, but one that saw us grow, both as a team and a business.
