2016 was CMC’s 25th anniversary and we celebrated a year of exceptional results by posting a 21% growth versus 2015 and a doubling of revenue since 2012. This success was founded on a committed and dedicated workforce, with our employee survey revealing 92% of staff would recommend CMC as a great place
to work. This was mirrored by an 82% staff retention rate in 2016.
We are proud that 90% of our increase in revenue during 2016 was due to organic growth across >50 client accounts, many of whom we have worked with for >five years. The company also won 11 new accounts in 2016.
To provide agile client solutions, CMC established two new locations in 2016 (Manchester, UK and Philadelphia, USA). CMC now operates out of six offices worldwide.
