Summary of work

Thanks to growing up with a twin brother, I’m naturally competitive. At work, this translates to always striving to deliver better outcomes: for my team, my clients and, ultimately, for patients. I’m continuously challenging our ways of working and, over the past year, have delivered measurable improvements both internally and externally.

Beyond my account work, I’ve facilitated internal change, taking learnings from an inter-office exchange to lead the development of a new Team Share website, improving new joiner onboarding and enhancing integration between teams. I’m proud to lead two fantastic teams and am very much ’part of the team’ as well as the team leader, always willing to jump in on any and every task (especially if there is a spreadsheet involved!). Thanks to this positive and proactive attitude, I’ve built excellent relationships with my teams and clients throughout my career.

Milly came across excellently, calm and thoughtful. She seems to challenge the status quo.
