Rebecca Tait

90TEN

Summary of work

Rebecca delivered remarkable organic growth across all the accounts she led in 2019, demonstrating that her passion and drive to build connections and trust with clients, patients and colleagues translates into meaningful outcomes. Throughout her career, when Rebecca finds a cause she believes will make a difference, there’s no stopping her. She makes it happen.

Responding to the high levels of mental ill health experienced by colleagues across the PR industry, Rebecca wrote and implemented 90TEN’s mental health plan in 2019. The agency is already seeing the benefit of her holistic initiatives with a marked difference in the team’s openness to talk about and accept mental ill health and staff retention/sickness rates that compare very favourably with industry averages. Rebecca also took 90TEN’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts in a new direction by organising the donation of colleagues’ time and resources to a local foodbank. 90TEN’s commitment to Rebecca’s mental health plan and the alignment of CSR efforts with the company’s life-changing mission has resulted in a broader programme and more resources for both initiatives in 2020.

Rebecca has been identified as one to watch – by clients, previous employers and colleagues alike. She stands out, and has always stood out, for her commitment to making the world a healthier and happier place.
