Evoke KYNE
During a year like no other – due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but also fraught political landscapes across the globe causing great anxiety and tension – Evoke KYNE is proud to have played a significant role in harnessing the power of communications to change the world for the better.
By co-founding the [Pandemic Action Network](https://pandemicactionnetwork.org/) and through other global advocacy initiatives, we placed ourselves at the forefront of global health – acknowledging that 2020 would be a year in which effective communications will play a heightened role in saving lives.
We recognised the long-overdue racial reckoning and social unrest for many facing systemic discrimination, and escalated our internal and external DE&I efforts accordingly.
Despite the obvious challenges, we maintained our #1 strength as an agency: Evoke KYNE’s culture of inclusivity, where everyone is valued and heard.
Evoke KYNE impressed us across the board. They had a clear strategy and growth in both the team and revenues, together with a fast and meaningful response to COVID. The evidence of the impact of their programmes was strong. Their 90% pitch win rate was equally impressive, along with good measurement of employee survey results and client satisfaction. They have tangibles on BAME and are clearly doing good stuff in this area. The team's energy shone through and told an interesting story. They had good focus and were very engaging, with a good flow. A worthy winner of this award.
