2020 was a transformational year for the world. And at Lucid, we transformed from an energetic, entrepreneurial, agile group of companies, to a thoughtful, future-fit organisation with an energetic and entrepreneurial spirit seeking to transform the industry.
We were able to exceed our expectations and rapidly realize the potential of our new organization by fully integrating our people, our partnerships and our capabilities to broaden and strengthen existing client partnerships, grow new relationships and deliver new programmes. And this created growth far beyond the sum of its parts, achieving >30% growth increase in fee income.
We achieved this phenomenal success through our amazing people. Our individuals and teams united professionally and personally to become one team, and managing soaring client demand, life under lockdown and new ways of working with a professionalism that exceeded expectations.
