Summary of work
2020 was a truly transformative year for Nucleus Global – it was the most challenging yet rewarding to date. It has accelerated our strategies to support our staff through flexible working, driven innovation via medical affairs solutions for our clients and pushed us to reassess our CSR and DIBs practices – all whilst having our most successful financial year ever and entering an exciting new partnership with Huntsworth.
Our values of respect, integrity, partnership, innovation and fun have mattered more than ever – we have lived and breathed these to become stronger than ever before. We are extremely proud of how our teams have adapted and overcome professional and personal challenges and yet still managed to excel in their roles and support one another. We are proud that they feel supported by us; we are proud to recognise their achievements.
We are excited by the opportunities the partnership with Huntsworth will provide to continue our trajectory of success for 2021 and beyond; all whilst maintaining our core vision to be the most trusted and respected medical communications partner in the world, for both our clients and our staff.
Judges’ comments
Nucleus Global had a strong growth strategy and their successful focus on medical communications could clearly be seen in the success they achieved on all fronts including a good, solid, strong financial performance in what must have been a very challenging year. They have a great employee well-being focus and a great team that should serve them well as they move forward.
