Syneos Health

Summary of work

I am a highly organised team player who strives to deliver top-quality work to my clients with a smile on my face. After completing my degree in Consumer Behaviour and Marketing, I was keen to see how this translated into healthcare. Since joining Syneos Health® in 2017, I have supported my clients in understanding their markets, and how both HCPs and patients behave in them. I have also translated their technical data into trusted educational programmes.
I am passionate about the impact our work has on patients’ lives and am so grateful to be able to help improve patient outcomes every day through the projects I work on. This passion, teamed with my positive and proactive attitude, has allowed me to build strong relationships with my clients and teams throughout my career so far.
I have shown my dedication to the advancement of healthcare communications and patient outcomes throughout my career at Syneos Health®, from starting as a temporary Quality and Process Consultant, to now being a Senior Account Executive leading multiple best-in-class medical education programmes on one of the highest performing accounts in the agency.

To date, the program has successfully generated and leveraged data through newly established channels and partnerships with engaged stakeholders. The program has already successfully influenced clinical practice and policy at global, country and clinic levels via novel insights and targeted, patient-focused solutions. Adherence is gaining the attention it has long needed, and real-world outcomes will improve as a result.

Judges’ comments

As a very thoughtful and considered individual, Grace clearly communicated her core focus of “ending each day better than its started” to the judges. She has a lot of potential going forward, and we can’t wait to see what she will do next in her career!
