Summary of work
2021 was an extraordinary year. Healthcare systems had to restore and redesign vital services while managing additional pressures caused by new COVID variants. Healthcare policy decisions had never been more visible or more important – it was essential that we equipped our clients with the right tools to cut through to the decision makers who mattered.
To be successful we knew that we’d have to support our team like never before and renew our culture to enable colleagues – despite the challenges – to deliver extraordinary work that exceeded our clients’ expectations and achieved meaningful change for the patients and populations we all serve.
Collaboration and support were at the heart of our success in meeting this challenge. We developed new capabilities and approaches, and implemented campaigns that resonated with policymakers and delivered results for patients. The results spoke for themselves, with our expanding team delivering strong growth in core markets and rapid development in new territories, including Latin America and Asia Pacific.
More than in any other year, 2021 showed the importance of healthcare communications. We could not be prouder to see the impact that every member of our team makes, every single day.
