Summary of work

2021 has been another hugely successful year for Rock Unlimited. We are a small team of 28 incredibly passionate specialists. We welcomed eight new team members and a new company, diversifying not only our talent, but our capabilities. We grew 16% in revenue year-on-year, expanded our client remit and welcomed new clients through the transfer of Strategen into Rock.

Our clients praise the team for our unparalleled understanding of their business and needs, unwavering dedication to quality and innovative creative execution. We consistently score above industry average in relationship audits and are rewarded with loyal clients who recommend us again and again to their colleagues, resulting in our growth being entirely organically fuelled.

In the year of the ‘great resignation’ we are proud to have recruited, retained, rewarded and developed an exceptional team who say the opportunities, culture and support they receive are what sets us apart. We worked hard to retain our culture through the tough pandemic years, embedding new flexible ways of working and increasing the connectivity of our team. Our success can be attributed to each and every one of our team – individually brilliantly, collectively dazzling. We can’t wait to see what the future holds!
