Summary of work

The last 12 months have been a landmark year for Lexington. In 2021 we rebranded the company, revamped our service offering and delivered our best-ever financial performance. The pandemic showed us that the policy world had changed and that client campaigns would need to change with it. Our rebrand reflected this radical new vision: using ingenuity, integrity and influence to shape tomorrow.

This ambition was realised in the results we achieved. Developing data-driven and multichannel campaigns, we delivered change in the most challenging of policy environments. We helped our clients implement new NHS pilots, shape policy frameworks and directly support the NHS to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The outcome? Our most successful year yet, growing revenue, significantly expanding our client base, team and expertise – all whilst still prioritising investment in our most importance asset: our people.
