Summary of work

Attigo is a highly skilled, fast-growing agency. We balance the demands and high standards required by the largest global pharmaceutical companies, with our social drive to employ highly skilled people living with long-term health conditions, who would otherwise struggle to achieve meaningful employment. It is our belief that in the healthcare communications industry we must live and breathe the patients’ journey; we must understand their challenges; and through our business model we play an active part in supporting patients into recovery and to live fullling lives. We want to further the cause of the social enterprise model – this allows us to support people who otherwise would struggle to progress their careers due to health conditions. The people we employ have built Attigo into an award-winning agency with major clients, including Johnson & Johnson (J&J). We want to take the model further to build a movement that recognises business as a force for social good as well as a signicant contributor to economic success.

Judges’ comments

Attigo CIC have gone from strength to strength, with clear growth of their digital piece. They had good expansion of their client base, adding new companies and therapy areas. It was fantastic to see the year-on-year progress and they appear to have a good handle on their key challenges. Good people doing good things with their digitalisation.
