M&F Health

Summary of work

2021 was a record-breaking year for M&F Health. We surpassed £2m in fee income, retained our talented team (we had just a 3% turnover rate) and brought in new team members (our headcount increased from 15 to 18). We took part in more pitches than ever (20 vs ten the year before) and won more business than ever (15 vs 7 in 2020).

We got really clear about who we are, what inspires us, and what we can offer clients and the wider UK patient and public community. We articulated our purpose better than we have done before; committing to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the UK and improving health inequalities in our work. We made more of, and invested in, our unrivalled and deep understanding of the healthcare environment, our forensic approach and our uniquely integrated Public Affairs and Public Relations offer.

Most importantly, we did all this without losing our talented team and the integrity of our culture. We worked together on Teams, Zoom and in real life. We spent time listening to each other and investing in each other; walking the talk of a company dedicated to health and well-being.
