Summary of work

Anna has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, starting at the Grayling Company, subsequently joining specialist healthcare consultancy The Workhouse and then Ketchum where she rose to become director of their Healthcare Practice. In 2002 she, and fellow Ketchum Director Paul Blackburn, set up Resolute Communications and grew it to become one of Europe’s most successful independent communications consultancies. Resolute employed nearly one hundred people and had offices in both London and New York. It remains the only specialist healthcare PR consultancy ever to win the PR Week Consultancy of the Year, competing on a level playing field with agencies of all disciplines, and was the Holmes Report European Consultancy of the Year in 2007.

Since May 2010, when her business was acquired by Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, Anna has been managing director of Publicis Life Brands Resolute, an integrated agency offering which includes the advertising agency Publicis Life Brands, the former independent PR/med comms agency Resolute Communications, and its former sister agency Real Science Communications. Anna’s unique insight into all healthcare disciplines also sees her offering strategic counsel to global clients in the Publicis Healthcare Communications Group network and to lead multichannel global new business opportunities on behalf of the group. Anna has also been a judge and supporter of the Communiqué Awards for many years, and has been asked to guest lecture at NYU on international communications.
