Summary of work

Leading a successful and growing healthcare communications practice is a passion and a privilege. Since I set up Lexington Health, I have seen the industry and NHS landscape change dramatically. Keeping a pace with an evolving sector has challenged me to become the best leader that I can to inspire my outstanding team and deliver quality in everything that we do. 

Growing Lexington Health from a clutch of health clients in 2005 to a highly-regarded six figure business has taken guts, determination and a good sense of humour. My vision in setting up the practice was to build clients’ trust and work collaboratively with them to build campaigns focused on the patients that we are ultimately working to support. 

With just over 12 years’ experience in the business, the biggest lesson I’ve learnt – one that I pass on to my team – is to remain fleet of foot and rise to new challenges with a positive attitude. I am proud of our enviable client list and take a great sense of accomplishment from working with some of the biggest names in the business. All of this has been achieved with a relentless focus on results and an understated reputation for excellence.
