Watermeadow Medical is one of the UK’s leading medical communications consultancies, a globally active agency and specialist in the field since 1997. These are tough times for many, yet for Watermeadow, 2011 was another success story, with sales and headcount each increasing by 37 per cent. But it wasn’t all about growth; Watermeadow also diversified, in its offerings and staff, while keeping a core a strategy of using in-house talent and promoting direct communication between client and creative.
