Since joining Litmus as a graduate, Olivia has translated her natural ability as a communicator into tangible benefits for her clients, colleagues and industry through exceptional vision, commitment and dedication to best practice.
In 2011, she steered a key account through a full events programme while navigating its challenging exit strategy. Building on her relationships with clients and healthcare professionals, Olivia maintained the programme’s outstanding feedback record and enhanced industry reputation within the healthcare profession.
Beyond her team leader role, Olivia has initiated new business opportunities through existing client relationships, and supported quality standards and colleagues’ wellbeing through internal initiatives.
