By putting people from across the UK affected by prostate cancer at the centre of this campaign, The Prostate Cancer Charity ignited a local and national conversation with policy-makers and the NHS about the urgent need to improve the quality of care received by men with the disease.

Previously a ‘poor relation’ to other cancers, this campaign has elevated prostate cancer up the health and political agenda, leading to a commitment from Government to prioritise the development of a quality standard, a national clinical audit and recognition from the Prime Minister of the need for better care for men everywhere.
