Novartis have introduced a significant number of new, potentially life-saving medicines, in the last 18 months, notwithstanding all the challenges presented in the working environment. Their business thinking has been driven by the new NHS framework including the Long-Term Plan and move to Integrated Clinical Environments. Of particular note is their focus on and how they handle cocreation with the NHS. They responded very well to the judges’ questions and the genuine work on Trust really stood out.
