People come to Pegasus because something needs to change. On a mission to improve lives by asking the right questions, we inspire healthy decisions with purposeful campaigns that capture imaginations.
At our 2019 agency Vision Day we brought the entire Pegasus team together to shape our strategic ambition. Through a series of workshops, we built a client partnership manifesto that firmly places patient-centric objectives at its heart.
One year on, the results of this focus are proven. We are outperforming the market, clients are happier than ever before and our measurement framework provides us with real time data to prove we are impacting lives.
But most importantly, our work has helped deliver flu vaccines to those who need them most, enable children with haemophilia to exercise outdoors, encourage men to have a conversation about prostate cancer and raise over £55m for charity.
These achievements could not be possible without a motivated workforce. Employee engagement is central to our culture and our strategic plan allows us to invest, listen, learn and improve. We are proud of the fact that we are tracking above our staff engagement target, building on our position as one of the best places to work in health.
