"Roche has an integrated and mutually supportive leadership team, headed up by a very strong leader with a sharp vision, high energy and visible drive. As a company it thinks broadly; it is brave and tackles, supports and drives big issues which impact other companies not just its own, for example its Cancer Drug Fund activity.
The passion and belief of everyone in the management team was tangible and really impressed us. As judges we all came away with the thought that we would happily work for this organisation!"
