Judging criteria

  • Clear definition of the challenge faced, including the time line. (10 points) 300 words
  • Clear description of how you created a plan to tackle the challenge with agility, innovation, flexibility, speed and prioritised resources. (10 points) 300 words
  • Evidence of flexible multi-disciplinary, healthcare professional and patient-centric implementation, as appropriate. (10 points) 300 words
  • Evidence of success in healthcare professional, patient, operational and/or financial terms (10 points) 300 words
  • Evidence of added-value to recipients of the initiative (10 points) 300 words
  • Positive internal stakeholder feedback (minimum of 2 stakeholders). (10 points) 300 words
  • External stakeholder feedback (minimum of 2 stakeholders). (10 points) 300 words

This category recognises initiatives which have been implemented to support Healthcare Provision either directly related to the treatment and management of COVID-19, or supporting services which have been adversely affected as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic

Entries could include provision of:

  • Goods and supplies
  • Personnel and services
  • Training and support
  • Expertise and guidance
  • Financial support

To win this award, excellence must be shown in:

  • Identifying a crisis situation
  • Timely responsiveness to the identified need(s)
  • Prioritisation of resource deployment for the crisis
  • Flexible business practices
  • Demonstration of added value to the recipients of the initiative
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • External stakeholder feedback
