How do you ensure confidentiality?

PMGroup recognises the sensitive nature of the information submitted in the entries and, with this in mind, we have systems in place to ensure confidentiality at every stage of the judging process.

Every judge is required to sign a detailed and legally-binding confidentiality agreement before appointment. PMGroup also undertakes to adhere to the same confidentiality agreement.

You have total control of the information disclosed when the results of Awards are published. This will be strictly limited to:

  • The content of the 200-word executive summary in your submission - please ensure that this is prepared with due care and attention.
  • References from stakeholders - unless otherwise indicated on the entry form. These may be published anonymously if required.
  • Visuals of supplementary materials - unless otherwise indicated on the entry form.
PMGroup undertakes to destroy all entries after the Awards. If you prefer to have your entry and supporting materials returned to you please indicate this on the entry form.
