Pharma insight on digital marketing, social media, mobile apps, online video, websites and interactive healthcare tools
Nestlé has launched a two-year clinical trial in China to evaluate the impact of nutrition and physical activity on mobility in healthy ageing adults with joint discomfort.
The firm has joined with Medidata for the study, which combines cloud technology and mobile health solutions.
The research programme would go “beyond traditional clinical trials”, Medidata said.
Nestlé's head of clinical operations Stephane Collet added: “We are collecting more data from study participants than ever before and achieving more insight into the impact our nutritional products can have on improving people's quality of life.”
