You'll hopefully be aware of most of the PMGroup portfolio, including Pharmaceutical Market Europe, The Directory, Communiqué, PMEA and this very website.
You may, however, still need an introduction to one of our newer projects – the Quality in Care (QiC) Programme.
Acknowledging the increasing need for efficiency and sharing of good practice in healthcare, the QiC Programme aims to recognise and showcase those projects, teams and individuals making a real difference in priority therapy areas in the UK.
Current QiC Programmes include QiC Diabetes (now in its third year) and QiC Excellence in Oncology (now in its second year), both of which celebrate work in their respective fields at an awards evening, before a dissemination process where healthcare organisations are encouraged to utilise the ideas behind these initiatives in their own work.

In addition, case studies from all finalists are published on QiC Connect – an online knowledge hub for good practice.
Joint working is at the heart of QiC, and both programmes have enjoyed a wide cross-section of support with partners for QiC Diabetes including both NHS Diabetes and the charity Diabetes UK, as well pharma company Sanofi.

QiC Excellence in Oncology, which was launched an evolution of Pfizer's Excellence in Oncology awards, receives continued backing from that pharma firm, as well as such groups as Macmillan Cancer Support, Beating Bowel Cancer and Cancer 52. Other pharma companies working in oncology, such as Novartis and Roche, have also given their support to the programme.
