Digital healthcare expert Len Starnes who pioneered the use of international online physician communities within the pharma industry will be the guest speaker at a free webinar hosted by Doctors.net.uk and Networks in Health on October 10 at 1pm.
Len who introduced HCPs to digital channels in the Asia Pacific region, Europe, the USA and Latin America, will share his extensive knowledge and experience at the event which is entitled: 'A digital revolution: The rise of online physician communities in Europe'.
Len is the founder of Len Starnes Digital Healthcare Research & Consulting, and former head of digital marketing & sales, general medicine, at Bayer Healthcare Pharma. He currently provides the pharma industry with pragmatic strategic guidance on digital marketing and sales.
He will be one of four speakers at the webinar, which will consider why doctors have adopted professional online networks across Europe, how they are engaging with them and, most importantly, how pharma companies can capitalise on the opportunity to engage with doctors via these channels.
The other three speakers, who represent the webinar's host companies, are: Beverly Stainsby, international account director for Networks in Health, – a unique international alliance of online physician networks with more than 1.2 million physician members worldwide and from Doctors.net.uk – the UK's largest and most active online community of doctors - Dr Tim Ringrose, CEO and Simon Grime, managing director of Communications.
The webinar will be run and hosted by PMLiVE. It will run for approximately 40 minutes and will be followed by a 20 minute Q&A session in which delegates can post questions to the experts.
