Channel strategy

Decision-making related to the selection of the most appropriate method of controlling the flow of goods or services from producer to end-user.

A channel strategy generally created at senior level is the key concept for developing a core objective. A successful channel strategy has numerous qualities, namely in equaling a business's strengths with its rival's weaknesses, being consistent with its business culture, by being transparent, concise and simple to communicate and foremost, comprehensive.
