The marketing of goods or services to overseas customers. Export marketing commonly involves an offering with an incentive for a foreign buyer. This offering is conveyed or promoted to a purchaser utilising particular communication or promotion channels. A price is then determined followed by distribution to the foreign buyer.
This dynamic; the product, price, distribution and promotion – is often referred to as the marketing mix.
