Logistics

The process behind the movement of goods from manufacturer to customer. The logistics to a business operation include planning, allocating, financial, human and purchasing operations.  Logistics encompasses the comprehensive processes that take a product from production to the customer's hands. It involves the storage, transport, inventory, buying, packaging and the coordination of all proceedings. The primary objective is optimum efficiency in every aspect of the project and supply chain.
