Vision

The theme that articulates the nature of the business and its long-term aims and aspirations based upon how management believes the environment will unfold.

A business Vision is a concise account of what senior management hopes to achieve with the organisation. Business vision generally refers to the medium to long term aim and is frequently conveyed in terms of a series of objectives.
