Global communications agency APCO Worldwide has appointed James Tyrrell as director and chair of its UK health practice.
Tyrell joins the London office from Insight Consulting Group, where he mostly recently served as deputy managing director having co-founded the firm in 2006.
James Ascheson-Gray, managing director of APCO’s London branch, said: “We’re delighted to welcome James to APCO.

Prior to founding ICG, Tyrell served as vice chairman at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). He also brings experience from his time as public affairs manager and director of the London retail consortium for British Retail Consortium, and account manager at Westminster Strategy.
