Specialist marketing agency BioStrata has promoted Helen Stewart-Miller (pictured right) to the newly formed leadership role of director of PR services.
Miller initially joined the agency in 2015 as its PR and content specialist but her new role will see her head up the delivery or PR and social media programmes to help clients build awareness, credibility and generate demand.
Also taking up a newly-created role is Craig Townsend (pictured left), who joined the agency back in 2015 as an account director.
Townsend’s new position as director of sales and marketing services will see him lead the agency’s strategic planning across marketing and sales support services.
