Brandcast Health

Brandcast Health has expanded its account management team with Katie Williams, Bart Baranowski, Rosaria Alexandre and Pia Melichar joining the healthcare agency.

Williams has been appointed as an account manager with a remit to deliver projects geared toward developing media content for HCPs and patients.

She joins the London-based, digitally focused firm from Quintiles Medical Communications where she served as an account executive from August 2013.

Baranowski also becomes an account manager at Brandcast, and is tasked with providing scientific direction to the creative and digital teams.

He moved to the agency from Cognito Medical, a member of Nucleus Global, where he most recently served as a senior account executive.

Meanwhile, Alexandre has been appointed as senior scientific account executive, driving Brandcast's medical education programmes.

She brings experience as a medical editor and video journalist to the agency, having previously worked for ArticulateScience, Cactus Communications and the Video Journal of Hematological Oncology.

Finally, Melichar joins Brandcast as digital content executive, and has responsibility for creating and publishing content for its partner and clients' media channels.

Prior to joining the agency, Michar was a multimedia assistant at BioMed Central, the open-access publisher, from 2013 until February this year.

Charlie Grieve, Brandcast's chief executive officer, said: “We're proud of our unique model of focusing on credible, timely digital content and creating stories that engage audiences and motivate behaviour change.

“We welcome the appointment of Katie, Bart, Rosaria and Pia to the team, where they will become valuable assets for our clients.”
