UCB's Hervé Lilliu has moved roles to become the biopharma company's general manager Canada.
Lilliu was most recently sat on UCB's global New Journey Board having served for two years as the company's VP of global market access and pricing.
In total, he has spent six years at the Belgium-based company, joining from Pfizer in 2007.
“Hervé is a veteran of the pharmaceutical industry and his experience brings an important international perspective to UCB's Canadian operations,” said Jeffrey Wren, senior VP and president of UCB's operations in North America.
“His thought-leadership and strategic mindset make him the ideal individual to guide UCB's ongoing development and growth in Canada.”
Lilliu said he was “honoured” to be part of UCB's ambitions in Canada.
“I look forward to working with all of our partners and stakeholders to ensure our innovations bring value to Canadians and the healthcare system,” he said.
