Digital behavioural health company Ieso Digital Health has appointed Gidget Madix (pictured right) as its chief growth officer to raise awareness of the firm and further develop revenue growth and strategic relationships across the US.
Madix brings 30 years of experience to the firm with holding roles ranging in business development in care environments, sales growth, and growing and leading health management enterprises.
Dan Clark, CEO of Ieso Digital Health, said: “Gidget has an outstanding industry reputation for accelerating growth, based in no small part on her deep understanding of customers needs and developing strong strategic relationships for more than 30 years.
“She has an unparalleled ability to listen to the voice of the customer and will ensure that Ieso’s solutions and products continue to evolve and offer unique value, features and functionality.”
The firm has also appointed Craig Gravina (pictured left) as its chief technology officer.
He has over 20 years of technology experience within the healthcare, clinical trials and digital media industries and his previous efforts saw him build and sell several technology start-ups, lead large-scale product strategies and develop product portfolios.
Prior to Ieso, Gravina served as the CTO of Cogstate – a software and services vendor focused on cognitive assessment within clinical trials.
Clark added: “Craig will be responsible for the development and implementation of our unique advanced technology roadmap, ensuring Ieso’s industry-leading position in digital health.
“He will be working closely with the R&D team led by Dr Andy Blackwell and Dr Valentin Tablan, not only to deliver an advanced interface and delivery platform, but also to bring forward our exciting AI-augmented clinical support agenda.”
