Life sciences executive search and interim management company RSA has appointed Dr Theo de Roij as a senior consultant.
He will be based in the UK-headquartered firm’s Belgium office, where he will serve its pan-European business.
Dr de Roij has spent over 30 years in the life sciences industry, holding positions of increasing responsibility in a CRO, big pharma and US biotech start-up company.
He also has over six years of executive search experience gained within a specialist life sciences firm, where he placed many senior executives in a variety of functional areas.
