e-Therapeutics appoints new CEO
Dr Raymond Barlow joins firm from Amgen
UK-based drug discovery and development firm e-Therapeutics appoints Dr Raymond Barlow as its new CEO.
Prior to e-Therapeutics, Barlow worked for a number of global pharma companies, including AstraZeneca as its director of corporate development and most recently at Amgen working on deals with Boehringer Ingelheim, GlaxoSmithKline and Geneta.
He said: “e-therapeutics is at the forefront of a new wave of science and has created a unique, computational-based drug discovery platform. This platform uses a range of truly cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence.
“I am looking forward to engaging with our key stakeholders as well as subsequently positioning and promoting the company to an industry which needs the assets and solutions we can provide.”
