Fishawack has appointed Jenifer Kirkland as its chief financial officer in a role that will see her take responsibility for the independent medical communications group’s internal and external financial reporting.
Kirkland previous positions at Ernst and Young, BT, Pearson and was most recently chief financial officer for life sciences consultancy Kinapse.
She said: “Having understood the Fishawack team’s strategy and plan to grow the group, I am looking forward to being part of such a thriving company, contributing to the success and meeting the teams across the offices who are making this happen.”
Kirkland succeeds Dominic Miller, who will assume the responsibilities of chief operations officer, working closely with the group’s chief executive officer Oliver Dennis on further agency acquisitions.
Dennis said: “Jenifer’s experience and leadership will be invaluable to scaling up our finance function as we set out on our next phase of growth.”
